No. We focus on new personal vehicles, and we don't handle commercial vehicles.
Is it really free?
Yes, it's free right now while we build our track record. Once we've gained some traction we'll introduce a single flat fee, so there are no surprises.
How long does the process take?
About two weeks from start to finish.
Are you affiliated with any dealership?
No. We work on your behalf, not the dealership's, and we deal with all dealerships rather than any one in particular.
Do you handle trade-ins?
Yes. We negotiate your trade-in separately to get you the best value, but it's all part of the same main meeting and the same deal as far as you're concerned. It won't be an extra step, and it won't be charged as an extra once we introduce our flat fee.
What if I've already started talking to a dealership?
That's fine. We still step in, since we work with every dealership.
Will you always beat what I could get on my own?
We always aim to get you the best deal possible, but how much that saves varies with the vehicle, the dealership, and market conditions. You may well be able to do well on your own. What we really take off your plate is the stress and back-and-forth of dealing with the dealership.
Which provinces do you cover?
All provinces. We don't cover the territories at the moment, as we're a small business.
Can I cancel?
Anytime before the process starts. After the main meeting, the deal is most likely final.
